Along with cash or check, all major credit cards are accepted. All credit transactions wll have a 3% convenience fee added.

When your pet arrives for the first time, you will be asked to fill out the daycare/boarding agreement below. If you prefer, you may print it and fill it out at home to bring with you.

Daycare Rates

Full Day (over 4 hours)
7am - 6pm

  • 1 Dog - $30.00
  • Additional Dog* - $15

*Additional dog must belong to same owner.

Daily Boarding Rates

1 dog/1 room - $40
2 dogs/1 room - $60
3 dogs/1 room - $80

Maximum of 3 dogs per room due to room size, unless otherwise approved.

Pick-up & Drop-off Times

Monday - Friday: 9 - 11 AM or 3 - 4 PM
Saturday: 8 - 9 AM or 2 - 3 PM
Sunday: 8 - 9 AM or 2 - 3 PM

Prices include medication administration, outside playtime, pond/swim time and special needs, including but not limited to additional individualized care, after surgery wound or injury care, medically required leash walks, injections, additional supervision for feed time

How Boarding Fees are charged:

Boarding charges start the day you drop off your pet to the day you pick them up. You will be charged for the entire day on drop off and pick up, regardless of the time of day, as the room is reserved for your pet all day.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

50% deposits are required on all reservations.

Due to the high demand for our services and the last-minute cancellations/no-shows, we have implemented the following Cancellation/deposit/no-show policy.

Customers are often disappointed when requesting a room with us as we are usually booked. Cancellations made within days or even hours of the scheduled arrival make it difficult to fill that spot. The cancellation policy allows us to offer the room to another customer with advance notice. Without advance notice, it allows us to be compensated 50% for the loss in revenue.

Cancellations made LESS than 30 days before the start of the stay, forfeit the deposit entirely. Cancellations made MORE than 30 days before the start of the stay will have their deposit credited to their account to use toward their next stay.
